Red Rock Legacy Trail

Scope of Work
Spanning 20 miles, this 3-year-long project aims to improve pedestrian and cyclist safety along the Red Rock Legacy Trail. Taking place over five distinct phases, Whelcon will manage phase one, the installation of pedestrian pathways, cyclist roadways, storm drainage, and traffic safety measures to ensure the safe travel of all individuals from Sky Vista Drive to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.
All wildlife, flora, and fauna will be preserved, protected, and monitored by the Bureau of Land Management and local nurseries.

- 1,485 Cubic Yards of Rip Rap Placed along Bridge Structure
- Installation of 160 Linear Feet 36″ Drilled Shaft
- Installation of 100 Linear Feet 48″ Drilled Shaft
- 335 Square Yards of Concrete Sidewalk
- 410 Linear Feet of Curb and Gutter Concrete at 12″ Depth
- 335 Square Yards of Concrete Sidewalk Installed
- 695 Linear Feet of Fencing Installed
